I hereby waive any and all claims, rights, demands, actions and causes of action, arising out of, or in any way related to, use by the Licensed Parties of the Images.
I agree that as between the Licensed Parties and me, all right, title and interest, including without limitation copyright and performers' property rights, in the Images is owned by the Licensed Parties. I hereby irrevocably waive and release in favor of the Licensed Parties the benefit of all moral rights and performers' rights I now have or may have in the future in the Images.
The Licensed Parties are entitled to edit, copy, add to, adapt or translate the Images at their discretion. I agree that no material containing any Image must be submitted to me for approval and the Licensed Parties shall be without liability to me for any distortions resulting from publication of the Images.

I agree that the terms of this agreement shall govern the Licensed Parties’ use of the Images and shall supersede any prior agreements between the Licensed Parties and myself. I warrant and represent that this agreement does not in any way conflict with any existing agreements. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to the conflicts of law provisions thereof.
